IMMIGRATION PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS
Trauma‑Informed • Telehealth‑Based
Clinically rigorous psychological evaluations attorneys can rely on, delivered with the trauma-informed care and sensitivity every client deserves.
Why an immigration evaluation matters
A psychological evaluation can be a deciding piece of evidence in an immigration case. It gives the court a clear, clinically grounded account of how a client's experiences - trauma, abuse, persecution, or the threat of family separation - have affected their mental health and daily functioning.
Each evaluation begins with a private, trauma-informed clinical interview, paced to the client's comfort. The result is a detailed, professionally prepared report your attorney can submit as supporting evidence: clear, credible, and built to withstand scrutiny.
